Cultivation of the Self
This project was included in a student exhibition at the University of Nevada Reno entitled "Evocation". It deals with the development of the self through human experiences. I believe this narrative brings me closer to my audience by portraying events that individuals have experienced or discussed with others. The use of bodily images and bright vibrant colors help to create this feeling of human phenomena and various emotions. By using imagery that is intense and eye catching, viewers can relate to and have a sense of familiarity with he subject matter in this body of work.
